Maher + Sarah Castan
For more than 20 years, Maher and Sarah have served the local church across cultures, languages, and different areas of leadership. They have served as senior pastors, executive pastors in a multicultural American church context, and leaders committed to strengthening the Hispanic church in the United States, equipping pastors and churches to reach and develop the next generation.
Their experience has given them a practical understanding of the realities of local church leadership, from building healthy teams and developing leaders to navigating ministry challenges and turning vision into action.
They are especially passionate about strengthening marriages that lead and pastor together, as well as encouraging pastors' kids as they navigate the unique realities of growing up in ministry. As pastors' kids themselves, Maher and Sarah understand that journey personally and the importance of strengthening not only the ministry, but the family behind it.
Their global ministry continues through pastoring pastors, connecting leaders, strengthening churches, and helping local ministries expand their impact beyond their own communities. At the heart of it all is one conviction: to strengthen the local church and help people discover and live their God-given assignment.
Maher and Sarah also minister together in bilingual settings, communicating across English- and Spanish-speaking audiences. Sarah is also an experienced worship leader, allowing them to serve churches together through both the Word and worship.
