Both were raised in missionary environments. Maher grew up in Puebla, Mexico, near the mountains of Oaxaca, where his father has served as a missionary for more than 40 years, planting churches and reaching remote communities. Sarah grew up in a missionary family serving in Managua, Nicaragua, in the years following the country's civil war.

Together, their ministry is rooted in the United States and Mexico, reaching the nations with the heart of pastors, the feet of missionaries, and the hands of executive leaders and administrators—developing leaders, coaching pastors, building teams, strengthening churches, and leading outreach and missions initiatives.

As bilingual communicators, Maher and Sarah preach together in English and Spanish, connecting with multicultural and multigenerational communities.

Today, they continue serving in pastoral leadership in the local church alongside their daughters, Alessandra and Mila, while carrying a shared passion to mobilize people to live on mission—locally and globally.

Together with his wife, Daniela, they pastor Comunidad Vid in Mexico City, a vibrant, growing, multigenerational church committed to reaching people and developing the next generation of leaders. They also serve together as Directors of Outreach for OLA World, helping advance its mission to reach communities, equip believers, and extend the message of Jesus around the world.

With a strong evangelistic calling, Jonathan has led evangelistic movements and outreach initiatives throughout Mexico, mobilizing believers to take the message of Jesus beyond the walls of the church and into their communities.

Beyond his local church, Pastor Jonathan carries a heart for pastoring pastors—walking alongside ministry leaders, encouraging them, strengthening their calling, and helping them lead healthy and growing churches.

Known for his vibrant leadership and passion for people, Pastor Jonathan carries a simple conviction: the local church is at its strongest when its people are equipped, activated, and sent.

With a deep heart for pastors and ministry leaders, Alejandro is passionate about helping others grow in their calling, strengthen their leadership, and build healthy teams and ministries. His ability to combine pastoral care with strategic thinking has allowed him to help leaders turn vision into action and create systems that support healthy, sustainable growth.

Together with his wife, Sarai, they serve as Directors of Development for OLA World, investing in pastors and leaders through training, coaching, and intentional development.

At the heart of Alejandro's leadership is a genuine love for people and a passion for reaching souls. Whether developing teams, teaching, communicating, or helping pastors navigate growth, he carries a desire to see both leaders and churches become stronger and more effective in fulfilling their God-given mission.
