This page explains the rules for using olaworld.org and, above all, what we do with the information you share when you register for the conference, when you apply or renew with Ola Network, or when you write to us through the contact form.
It is written in plain language and kept deliberately short: we ask for little, we use it only for what we told you, and we do not sell it.
By browsing the site, registering for an event, submitting a form or downloading a ticket, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the forms on this site.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian needs to complete the registration for you.
OLA World (Outreach, Leadership, Activation) is a global initiative of Fellowship Family devoted to touching lives, developing leaders and sending them out to impact communities. This site is the movement's digital home: it presents the vision, the mission trips, the annual conference and Ola Network.
The OLA World team is responsible for the information collected through this site. For anything related to these terms or to your data, the channel is the contact form on this site, linked at the end of this page.
You are free to read, share and link to the public content of this site. By using it, you agree to:
We may discard or delete submissions that break these rules, and block access when we detect abuse.
Conference registration is free and exists so we can plan capacity, logistics and check-in. When you complete it, your registration is stored, a confirmation code is generated, and we email you a PDF ticket with a QR code.
The ticket is personal and covers the people you declared when registering. The QR code is scanned at the door to check you in, so sharing it with others may block your own entry.
Registering does not guarantee a seat once capacity is reached, and the date, venue or program may change for reasons beyond our control. If that happens, we will write to the email you registered with.
If you registered by mistake or want to cancel, write to us and we will remove your registration.
The Ola Network forms are an application, not an automatic membership. The team reviews them and follows up by email.
By submitting them you declare that the information about you, your church or your organization is accurate, and that you agree with the commitment statements you checked in the final step of the form.
Walking with Ola Network does not create an employment, partnership or legal representation relationship between you and OLA World, and does not make OLA World responsible for the activities of your church or organization.
We only ask for what each form actually needs. This is everything that gets stored:

The site works without tracking cookies. Only two of your preferences are stored:
You can delete both from your browser settings; the site will keep working and will simply return to its defaults.
Google's reCAPTCHA component may set its own technical cookies when it runs on pages with forms. Those are governed by Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell data, but we do rely on third-party services to keep the site running. Each one receives only the minimum it needs:

Conference registrations are kept through that edition of the event and as attendance history for the following ones.
Ola Network forms are kept while the relationship with the network is active, since they are the record of that journey.
Contact messages live in our team's inbox for as long as it takes to help you.
Once it is no longer needed, it gets deleted. And if you ask us to delete yours sooner, we do.

Ask through the contact form and enter there the same email address you registered with, so we can confirm it is you. We reply as soon as we can.
Keep in mind that if we delete your conference registration, your ticket and its QR code stop being valid.
The site is always served over HTTPS, service keys live only on the server, and database access is limited to the team that needs it to run the event.
No system is infallible. If an incident affected your data, we would notify you by email.
The forms on this site are meant for people over 18. Children attending the conference are declared as a count inside an adult's registration, and remain that adult's responsibility during the event.
If you believe a minor sent us personal data on their own, write to us and we will delete it.
The texts, photographs, videos, logos and the OLA World name belong to OLA World and Fellowship Family, except where noted otherwise.
You may share and quote the content for personal, ministry or informational purposes with credit and a link back to the site. Commercial use, modification or extensive reproduction requires our written permission.
The site links out to platforms we do not control, such as Donorbox, Instagram and YouTube. Once you leave for them, their own terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
Donations are processed through Donorbox. They are voluntary and, barring a provable error, non-refundable. They go toward OLA World's projects and mission trips according to the ministry's priorities.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is published as is, without warranties. Dates, venues, programs and capacity may change.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for damages arising from technical failures, third-party services or your use of the content, to the extent the law allows.
Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial or immigration advice. On mission trips, meeting visa, insurance and health requirements is your own responsibility.
We may update this document when the forms, the services we use or the law change. The date of the last update always appears at the top of this page.
If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will email everyone already registered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
