OLA Network

From the local church to global impact.

A family of pastors, leaders and churches strengthening the local church to reach the nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

What is OLA Network?

OLA Network pastors and leaders gathered together

OLA Network is a global network of pastors, leaders and churches united by one mission: to strengthen the local church so it can have a greater impact in its community and in the nations.

We believe the Kingdom of God advances when healthy churches walk together, develop leaders and collaborate to fulfill the Great Commission.

Whether you pastor an established church, are planting a new congregation or serve on the mission field, we want to walk with you so that more people come to Christ, more leaders rise up and more churches multiply for the glory of God.

We are not a denomination, and we do not seek to replace the leadership of the local church. We exist to serve pastors, strengthen churches and mobilize leaders through healthy relationships, intentional development and a shared mission.

Our Vision

We believe God is raising up a generation of healthy churches, committed leaders and pastors working together to fulfill the Great Commission.

Our vision is to see strengthened local churches that transform their communities, develop new leaders and multiply the gospel to the nations.

Everything we do at OLA Network revolves around three pillars:

  • 01

    Touch Lives

We believe the gospel must be shared in a practical and relevant way.

That is why we promote evangelism, missions and compassion projects that bring the love of Christ to people inside and outside the church.

  • 02

    Develop Leaders

    Healthy churches need healthy leaders.

We walk alongside pastors and leaders through coaching, mentoring, training and practical resources to strengthen their calling, develop their teams and build sustainable churches.

  • 03

    Activate Churches

We believe every church has a unique calling to impact its community and the nations.

That is why we connect churches, mobilize teams and create opportunities to collaborate in missions, church planting, conferences and initiatives that expand the Kingdom of God.

Why OLA?

We believe God designed the local church to be the hope of the world. Yet we also believe no church was called to fulfill the Great Commission alone.

Over the years we have seen pastors serving faithfully, churches making an extraordinary impact in their communities and leaders devoting their lives to the Kingdom of God. But we have also seen the weight many carry when they walk alone.

We believe that when churches walk together, share resources, develop leaders and serve one another, the Kingdom of God advances with greater strength.

Ministry team praying together
  • Not to build one more organization.
  • Not to create a new denomination.
  • But to form a family of pastors, leaders and churches who share one vision: to strengthen the local church to reach the nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Because we believe that...

  • 01

The local church is God's plan to transform the world.

  • 02

    Relationships strengthen leaders.

  • 03

    Healthy churches develop healthy leaders.

  • 04

Strong churches help strengthen other churches.

  • 05

Together we can reach more people with the gospel than we can walking apart.

Our dream is to see strengthened churches, developed leaders and transformed communities, working together so the gospel reaches every city and every nation.

How We Walk Together

At OLA Network we believe healthy relationships are built over time. That is why our journey begins with a conversation, not a membership.

We want to know your story, hear your church's vision and walk together to discern how God might use us to strengthen His Kingdom.

  1. Connection

Every relationship begins with a conversation.

We want to get to know you, know your church and hear the calling God has placed on your ministry.

At the same time, you will have the opportunity to know the heart, vision and culture of OLA Network.

We believe the best partnerships are born from authentic relationships.

  2. Alignment

After getting to know each other, we share our vision, values, leadership and creed in greater depth.

This time allows us to discern whether we share the same passion for the local church, the Great Commission and the advance of the Kingdom of God.

Our desire is not simply to add churches to a network, but to walk alongside pastors who share the same mission.

If, after this process, both parties confirm the desire to walk together, there are different forms of relationship within OLA Network, designed to respond to the reality and calling of each church and each leader.

Ways to Walk with OLA

At OLA Network we understand that every church has a different history, context and calling. That is why we do not expect every church to relate to OLA in the same way.

Our desire is to offer different levels of collaboration that respect each church's autonomy while strengthening our shared mission.

More than a structure, we seek to build lasting relationships that drive the growth of the local church and the advance of the Kingdom of God.

Currently, there are two main ways to walk with OLA Network.

Affiliated Church / Affiliated Ministry

A closer relationship of collaboration, growth and mutual commitment.

Affiliated Churches and Ministries choose to walk more closely with OLA Network, developing a relationship of collaboration, growth and mutual commitment.

In addition to participating in the network's resources and activities, they receive ongoing support, coaching, development opportunities and take an active part in OLA's vision to strengthen the local church, develop leaders and reach the nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Each Affiliated Church or Ministry follows a development process designed to strengthen its leadership, expand its impact and prepare the next generation of leaders for the expansion of the Kingdom of God.

Start the Process

Thank you for your interest in OLA Network. The first step is a form so we can get to know each other: we want to hear your story, know your church and discern together how God might lead us into a ministry relationship.

What We Believe

The essential truths that hold up everything we are and do.

We believe Jesus Christ is the center of our faith and the foundation of everything we are and do.

He is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily, ascended to the Father and will return in glory to fully establish His Kingdom.

Our Commitment

Although we may differ on secondary matters of doctrine and practice, we remain united in the essential truths of the gospel and in the mission of strengthening the local church to reach the nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
